For celebrating the National Teacher Day 2016. We are the student of Tourism Academy Muhammadiyah Jember have organized the social event with the theme is "Spread Kindness and Education." on 25th November 2016. Which this theme has a meaning that as college student we have a BIG jod to create a better Indonesia, and one of them is spreading education to the society and of course kids are being our main concern. In this event we took a place in Silo Subdistrict, Jember, in Rumah Pintar exactly.
We started our journey on 1.30 pm by Muhammadiyah University Bus and srrived there about 2.30 pm. Tiring day, but it was very wonderful.
Then we opened that event, that opened by our MC, Frisa Fitria. Then welcomed by our Director of Tourism Academy, Mr Hadi Jatmiko, SST, Par, M. Si, and last short explanation about Rumah Pintar by The founder of Rumah Pintar, Mr. Hadi.
And before we started our next schedule,eating together and also Cake Decoration and Vegetable Carving, our Governor of Executive Council of Student, Natalia Murdani with Mr. Hadi as the Founder of Rumah Pintar did the handover, books and the souvernir.
Next, lets eat, everyone!. We also prepared the food for everyone here, and here we are, enjoyed the food that have been prepared.
And here we are in our main schedule, CAKE DECORATION and VEGETABLE CARVING. We have prepared it so well for teaching the kids how to decorate a cake and carve the vegetable. mostly we used fruit for carving, but that day we used tomato and cucumber because it's easy to use by the kids. We choosed that two things, because we think that these two activities is easy to do with the kids, and really fun to do. Here we teached them how to decorate a cake that mostly learned in our academy.
